How We Ensure Quality

Quality is the standard by which we measure ourselves. Every cut, every weld, and every finished part carries our name and our reputation. We combine skilled hands, disciplined processes, and modern technology to deliver work that is precise, consistent, and worthy of trust.

Our engineers review CAD drawings to evaluate manufacturability, tolerances, material selection, and forming or machining constraints before production starts. Quality checks are integrated directly into the workflow, verifying dimensions, bend accuracy, and critical features at each step.

This process-driven approach allows us to maintain consistency across production runs, reduce scrap, and deliver parts that meet or exceed customer specifications.

ABOUT BRINK'S WELDING & FABRICATION

Your Local Partner For Contract Manufacturing

The story of Brink’s is inseparable from the town and the building we now call home. In the 1940s, Montoursville, Pennsylvania was a manufacturing hub and its most renowned employer was Sylvania Electric Products, a company whose innovations lit homes, powered wartime production, and employed generations of local families.

Almost 80 years later, Brink's now operates from Sylvania's original 40,000 sq. ft. plant and recently invested nearly $2 million into advanced manufacturing equipment to restore the facility to it's former production glory.

At Brink's, we are proud of our legacy and our people take great pride in the work we do. We believe the best days of American manufacturing aren’t behind us. By honoring the past, investing in the future, and holding fast to the values that built this town, Brink’s is helping write the next chapter of Montoursville manufacturing history.
